We all supported the Irish Rugby Team today ahead of their big match this weekend by wearing green into school!
We added a solitary bee hive to our garden this week. It will attract non swarming bees like the Red Mason Bee and the Leafcutter Bee. These bees are naturally attracted to holes in wood for nesting/egg laying. Our bee hive will provide a habitat for the bees alongside our Hotel for bugs.
Pupils from 3rd class were busy planting their seedlings in the school garden and are closely checking their on the progress of their strawberries. They also did a fantastic job planting their nasturtiums. Roll on the sunshine!!!
Very well done to all the classes who put in a great effort and made the quiz so much fun!!
