The 6th class certainly went to a lot of effort this year with our Easter Bonnet competition. Take a look at all the fabulous creations.

On the 1st March the girl’s Basketball team took part in the small school’s basketball blitz in St Laurence’s. It was their first competitive match wearing their new jersey’s sponsored by the Centra shop on the Curragh Camp. A great day was ha by all.

They finished 2nd in the group at the recent 5-a-side soccer blitz at Moorefield and put in a great performance. Many thanks to Mr Shanahan and Ms Gomez for all the training.

We were very excited and privileged to have children’s Author Audrey Moore visit our School on World Book Day to read her book series Ping and Po Li to the children. It made world book day extra special for all the children and we really appreciate that Audrey made the day so wonderful. Many thanks Audrey.

Many thanks to Ms Walsh, Father PJ and Father John for all the preparation work that went into making this a very special day. And many thanks to all the 6th class pupils for making us very proud.

Thank you to all our wonderful Grandparents who made this such a special day.

The Fourth class children have recently being adding an extension to our bug hotel in the garden. Hopefully all the bugs will enjoy their extra space 🙂
